We have a stringent quality check procedure for our products with advanced equipment. Our inspectors test each part in order to ensure that every piece is up to the required technical standard. If anyone does not meet our quality standards, they will be eliminated.

Incoming Quality Control
We make sure that every product is up to our high-quality standards. Once our workers receive the raw material in our warehouse, each item is thoroughly checked by our workers . All the raw material go through a quality assurance process carried out by our inspectors. If any one does not meet the quality standard, it gets eliminated. Only the raw material that are up to the technical standard are used in the production process.
Process Quality Control
Our team of highly experienced individuals tests the ramp for dimension and tolerance. For example, the ramp is checked to see whether it has any cracks or if there is any problem with the welding on size.
If we have a sample ramp in production, its design, build quality, size, tolerance, and bearing performance will be tested, and an experimental report will be made. We will only proceed with the mass production of ramp once the sample ramp passes the quality assurance test and becomes qualified. If any issues occur, all will be solved immediately on the spot.
Final Quality Control
After completing the process, all the ramp will be tested again for final quality assurance. Generally, we test the ramps for three types of inspections:
Visual Inspection: Our team checks whether there are any scratches on the ramps. We further analyze if all the parts of the ramp are aligned.
Functional Inspection: After visual inspection, we test the ramp for functionality. We test the load bearing capacity in load-bearing tester to promise the maximum load capacity.
Performance Inspection: At last, we check our bikes for performance which means that we do a variety of tests like real scenario testing to make sure the performance of the ramp is optimal.
Outgoing Quality Control
Before shipping products, the ENZE factory strictly adheres to its agreement with dealers and thoroughly inspects the ramp. 5% of ramp would be manually tested by workers, if any of the ramp fails the test, all the rampe would be checked to eliminate the failed and promise the quality of the ramp group.
